Special Event Rentals
Honey Bucket is your #1 experienced provider of portable sanitation services to special events. From the largest event with hundreds of restrooms and on-site attendants, to a single unit for a wedding or company picnic, Honey Bucket is the right choice.
We take pride in our professional approach to special events. Our Honey Bucket name is on the line at each event and we expect attendees at your event to have a pleasant experience when they use our restrooms. We are committed to provide you the best planning assistance, equipment, and service.
We provided our customers with the highest quality service and product selection. Our special event consultants will work closely with you to determine the proper type and number of restrooms for your event, and review the enhance options available. We have the experience and knowledge to ensure your event is a success.
Consider the following questions:
- How many people do you expect?
- How long is your event expected to last?
- How long is each attendee expected to stay?
- When will people arrive and when will they leave?
- Are food and/or drinks (especially alcoholic beverages) being served?
Under normal conditions most people will use sanitation facilities about once every four hours. More people require more toilets, more hand washing stations, etc. Typically each portable restroom facility accommodates a maximum of 125 uses. Weather conditions and the consumption of food, liquids, beer, and other alcoholic beverages will increase usage by 30-40%. We can have you covered for restrooms that will be used gradually or all at once.
We can help you determine where more restrooms are needed and where less are required. Saving you money by eliminating restrooms you don’t need is just as important to us as renting additional restrooms when the situation requires it. We value long-term customer success and work hard to earn your trust and satisfaction year after year.

Event Planning
Proper planning is the key to successful special events and gatherings. Studies indicate that ample restroom facilities have a significant impact on event attendance and profitability. Since aesthetics can make the greatest impression on those attending your event, special consideration should be given to unit quantity and placement as well as frequency of service. Since those using the portable restroom facilities will have an impression on the quality of service (based on both real and perceived conditions), the special events coordinator will want nice, clean, high-quality restrooms that are in good condition with features such as vent screens and door locks. Proper service will maintain the condition of the restrooms with regards to the level of waste, the availability of toilet tissue, and a clean interior. Even if the event is not large enough to warrant pumping service, general housekeeping can make a significant positive impact on the event.
Good planning for proper sanitation at special events pays! A satisfied customer will stay longer, spend more money, and return next year. We can advise you on availability of hand washing restrooms, handicap facilities, and many other special event items.

"
I just wanted to pass along a message of praise for the entire Honey Bucket company. I’ve had the opportunity to do a lot of travel over the past year or so while attending music festivals and other events. During my travels I’ve had to use a number of portable toilets while out on the road and at events…and I can tell you without a doubt that no other company is even close to the standards of Honey Bucket. You guys are the best.
I know that when I attend an event that HB is taking care of that I can rest easy and know that the facilities will be well taken care of and cleaned regularly. I’ve had some terrible experiences this past year with companies running events out East and in the Midwest. It’s always great to come back to the Northwest and see that Honey Bucket is still going strong and making sure us Northwesterners are well taken care of.
Many thanks to the Honey Bucket team for all you do. Keep up the good work!

Thank you so much with your help in renting a Honeybucket for my grandson’s first birthday party. David and Lindsey were so impressed with how clean and well stocked it was. Your driver was very efficient, helpful and friendly. None of the guests minded using the facility and found it very convenient.
It was a great experience from beginning to end and we will definitely recommend Honeybuckets. Thank you for the great service.

This past weekend three friends and I attended the Sasquatch music festival at The Gorge in George, Washington. Throughout the four-day weekend we used your facilities at both the venue and our campsite, as did thousands of other attendees. I just wanted to let you know how impressed we were with your services and to express our gratitude for the cleanliness and fastidious upkeep you all provided. We were warned ahead of time by previous concert-goers to bring our own toilet paper and to be prepared for some extreme filth, and neither warning was necessary. Thanks again and I hope you and all other Honey Bucket employees had a similarly great

I just wanted to send you a quick note and tell you all thank you very much for all of the hard work your guys put in helping us out with our event. It was so nice to have clean restrooms to use each day. There has been way too many times that we have used restrooms in other areas from other companies that were not sanitary by any means. Everyone was very complimentary of how professional and curteous your drivers were and how great of a job they did in keeping everything well stocked and odor free. Thanks again and I certainly hope that we can work with you again next year. Have a great day and I’ll pass your info along down our chain of command.

I wanted to take this opportunity to express how much we enjoyed working with you, Matt and the staff at Honey Bucket during our charity bicycle event, Tour DaVita in September. Our 5-day moving event is not an easy one to navigate but you exceeded our expectations and provided an exceptional service for our riders. Your staff was friendly, efficient and very well organized. Matt was always on hand to answer questions, make changes and offer excellent suggestions. He answered emails and phone calls in a timely manner which allowed me to relax and know that everything was being very well taken care of. Your restrooms were very clean, always placed well ahead of time and removed in a timely manner even when I know it was logistically challenging for you to accommodate some of the property owner’s requests for removal.
From the beginning, I felt confident in the services Honey Bucket promised and was never disappointed throughout the planning stages or the actual event. Thank you for helping us run a smooth event and it was a pleasure working with you.
If we are ever back in your area, we will certainly use your services and will recommend you to anyone we know who is doing event planning in your area.

The Olympic Winter Games of 2002 in Salt Lake City were a great success and the 2002 Paralympic Winter Games were just as successful. The Salt Lake Organizing Committee is very proud of Salt Lake City, the Venue communities and all the volunteers. SLOC is also proud of the contractors and vendors and grateful for their outstanding performance in the build out and servicing of the Venues.
A Company 02, LLC. was one of the more outstanding vendors. The wastewater facilities at 22 Venues or sites handled the full capacity crowds without any real problems or accidents. That speaks highly of the thorough pre-planning, communications, equipment and most of all the members of the A Company 02 team. The quality of the portable restrooms, approximately 2500. and their constant cleanliness contributed to the experience of a lifetime for all. The challenges presented by the nature, magnitude and geography of the Olympic Games, not to mention the adverse working conditions and last minute changes, were handled in an exemplary manner and always on schedule. The consensus of SLOC Site Managers and Senior management is that A Company 02 performed at a high level of quality and ranked among the best of the vendors working at the Venues.
Ron, I commend you, Barry Gump and Sharon Manley for dedication, integrity and hard work in helping make for successful Games. Your leadership and professional response to a multitude of situations was comforting and made my job easier. It was truly my pleasure working with the three of you.
Many thanks to the A Company 02 team for a job well done. Good luck on any future endeavors and feel free to use me as a reference for anyone considering your services in the future.

On behalf of the 30th Anniversary Hood To Coast & Portland To Coast Relays, I would like take a moment to thank you for the great relationship and service our business has received over the many years working with Honey Bucket.
J.R, Ron and the entire Honey Bucket team truly adapt our unique event needs through a very organized plan, with quick race‐day response and post‐race follow up. The proactive, genuinely positive attitude we’ve experienced from the Honey Bucket team is something which all organizations should strive to exemplify.
To place over 500 Honey Buckets along our 200 mile course, with exact location specification, timing, and maintenance amongst 20,400 participants is no easy task! Yet Honey Bucket is able to organize and orchestrate this plan with precision.
Again, on behalf of our organization and runners and walkers who take part in ‘The Largest Relay in the World,’ we sincerely thank you and appreciate the excellent service provided to our event. We look forward to working together again this August!

After having completed another MyoMed Ragnar Relay Wasatch Back, we are once again in awe with Honey Buckets. When we found out you were bringing an office to Utah we were ecstatic! This was our first year using you in Utah; we only wished you had moved here sooner. The high level of service we experienced with our race in Washington, we experienced here in Utah. Your team is always willing to go the extra mile. I was especially impressed with how you expressed your concern for our company and not just your bottom line.
We had so many compliments on how wonderful the toilets were. We even had people tell us that Honey Buckets was the ‘Rolls-Royce’ of toilet companies. We second that, hands down. Teams even plan to name themselves after Honey Buckets next year.
Keep up the good work guys! Thanks again for all your hard work. You definitely made our event memorable.

Ragnar Events has had the pleasure of working with Honey Buckets for several years. I can say, unequivocally, that they are the premier portable toilet company in the country. Our company hosts 200 mile, 24+ hour running relays all over the United States, and offering high quality portable toilets are integral to our runners’ experience.
We’ve worked with numerous toilet companies throughout the nation, and Honey Buckets is by far the best company we work with. In fact, we work with a number of great vendors, from food to first aid services to traffic control companies; here again, Honey Buckets excels as our premier contractor, period.
You can tell that the Honey Buckets crew clearly takes pride in their work. They not only deliver high quality, excellently maintained restrooms, but they provide incredible service and support. We cannot find another company anywhere that offers what Honey Buckets routinely performs.
Beyond their toilet expertise, Honey Buckets takes the time to complete extensive event follow-up that enables us to evaluate the event and what we can do to address future needs. They not only provide us with excellent event data, but Honey Buckets has provided insight and suggestions that help elevate all facets of our events, not just the toilets. They take our problems and create unique and thoughtful solutions that make our events better than they otherwise would be.
Ron and his crew are attentive, diligent and dedicated, and it shows. I only wish I could offer more than my highest recommendation; they have certainly earned it.

Honey Bucket has provided all the portable sanitation services for America’s Freedom Festival for the years 2009 and 2010 including restrooms, sinks, holding tanks and ADA restrooms. Our events have numbers beyond 500,000 people in attendance so the need for sanitation services is great. Each event has a volunteer chairman which puts in significant hours of service for their event. When I make an arrangement for a vendor for an event I want that vendor to help my chairs. Trevor and Honey Bucket have done that with their great service. On their own accord they service our needs beyond contract. My chairs count on sanitation not being on of their concerns; hence they can deal with other problems that come up.
I recommend Honey Bucket to other businesses and organizations. Please feel free to phone me with any questions.

Creation Festivals have worked with Honey Buckets over the past 12 years. We started working together at the Gorge Amphitheater and now have continued using Honey Buckets at our new N.W. site in Enumclaw, WA.
Ron Inman and his team have always exhibited top-level service and professionalism. Their staff is a pleasure to work with and have always been attentive to our needs at our event.
Honey Buckets have been fair and competitive on pricing and have always worked with us to maintain adequate numbers for our crowd but have never tried to over sell me.
If you are looking for a company to service you with Portable toilets I would sincerely recommend you give Honey Buckets and their team your business. You will not be disappointed.

We just wanted to thank you and the rest of your crew for helping us pull off such a great event. With the inaugural Ragnar Relay Northwest Passage, we were lucky enough to come across Honey Buckets to take care of our toilets. Wow! Need I say more? We were blown away with how professional, timely and hard working you guys were.
Prior to working with Honey Buckets we had never dealt with a portable toilet company that we wanted to brag about and did. The logistics of putting on a 200-mile running relay race is complicated, but you guys allowed us to stress about one thing. We were constantly impressed with your willingness to go the extra mile. In one location, the toilets were in the wrong location (due to miscommunication on our end); I made a call and asked you to move the toilets. You were there and had it fixed before any runners ever saw the mistake.
The toilets were set up and taken down in such a timely manner that, by the end of the race we weren’t sure who got less sleep, Honey Buckets or the Ragnar crew. We were so happy with the Northwest Passage that we were even more excited when we found out you were operating a new location in Utah and willing to help us out for the Wasatch Back relay. We hope to use Honey Buckets in any race we can.
Thanks again!

I wanted to reach out to you and get a quote for the 2012 Tour de Cure in Brigham City. Trevor busted his butt and won me over then, and I’m hoping to work with Honey Bucket again. As best as I can tell, Marshal Emsley (the previous Tour de Cure Manager) worked with you for the last couple years. So, likely you should have the files with drop sites and numbers, and save one small relocation of a drop site (1 block away due to construction) we should basically be doing a rinse repeat of last year.
Though broad strokes are: 36 Standard Restrooms, 1 Handicap Accessible Restroom (ADA Compliant) & 4 Wash Sinks, across 7 drop sites. The event is Saturday, June 9, so I’ll need them dropped Friday, June 8, picked up at latest Monday, June 11. I’m not 100% sure exactly how many were dropped at each of the 7 sites, though I assume 2-3 bathrooms at each rest stop, and the remaining all dropped at the start finish line.
I look forward to working with you, and as well please tell Trevor I say hello. Working with him over the last 3 years at SLC Marathon really highlighted the benefit of competency an experienced event crew can bring even in the realm of restrooms, and spoke volumes as to Honey Bucket’s quality.

We have just finished the very successful 2002 Winter Olympics and Paralympics this past week and I wanted to acknowledge your significant contributions to that success. A team of dedicated individuals that meet and exceeded everyone’s expectations put on the Games. This was a massive one-time job that started than ended. We did not have the luxury of trial runs and we didn’t need them.
From the very beginning of my contact with you, it has been a very friendly and professional experience, which carried all the way through. The few challenging times we had due to other people making last minute changes were handled seamlessly from our prospective.
Your company’s services may not seem very important until they are needed and then they are the most important. We never did have any problems or complaints because of your help in the original planning stages.
Wish you and your company continued success.

Edwards and Daniels Architects were involved in the 2002 Winter Olympics as the Architect of record for the permanent facilities. We were also responsible for the venue design, the temporary facilities documents, as well as site management during the games at the Utah Olympic park, the site of the ski jumping and sliding events.
As the Venue Designer and Co-Site Manager, one of my tasks was to plan and oversee the maintenance of the temporary facilities for the Venue including the porta johns and comfort stations. During the planning and the event phase of the Olympics, I had the pleasure of meeting with , working with, and overseeing the services of Honeybucket – A Company 02 at the Utah Olympic Park.
One of the key aspects of a successful event is the importance of “the team”. In an event the size of the Olympics, you can have a lot of commodity vendors, but if they can’t understand the team concept, the event won’t be successful.
From the beginning of their involvement, Honeybucket – A Company 02 knew their role and worked as part of the team to make the Venue successful. They were well organized, they had a knowledgeable and professional work force, they were willing to go the extra mile, and they were enjoyable to work with.
The bottom line, if I were to start the process all over again, Honeybucket – A Company 02 would be part of my team.

I would like to express my appreciation for the services that Spanish Fork City receives from Honey Bucket. This was the first year that we bid our restrooms for the events that we have. From the very first, I was very pleased with the service that I received from Brooke Beerkircher. Then when we got the first service from Trevor Inman, I knew that we made the right decision to go with Honey Buckets. But the best came when I received a letter after the events telling us that we didn’t need certain restrooms because of the use that they received. This made me think of how good this company really was that they would recommend less restrooms. Knowing that it would cut into there profit. Thank you very much for your loyalty to your customers. Brook, Trevor and the person that delivered to our Kite Festival should be complemented on a job well done.

I am pleased to recommend Honey Bucket to your company as a provider for your portable restroom needs. Over the past three years, I had used them as our provider for the Salt Lake City Marathon. I worked directly with their special events manager, Trevor Inman, a true professional. Each year he and his team had worked diligently throughout the night to provide us with top-notch services. Their equipment is always the most modern and exceptionally clean. Trevor works very closely with me to determine our needs and to ensure our participants receive the utmost satisfaction.
I recommend Honey bucket without hesitation and will continue to use them for the future. If you have any specific questions feel free to give me a call.
